RORY McINERNEY

Mr. Rory McInerney spent 29 years at Intel developing the world’s best computing products. Most recently he held the position of Corporate Vice President at Intel responsibly for the development of Xeon microprocessors and other adjacent products for the high-growth and competitive data centric markets. These products deliver $25b to Intel revenue.

His expertise stretches from product definition through to market release and all development phases in between. He has proven success in accelerating new product concepts leading to higher revenue and profit, penetrating new markets such as AI, disrupting existing markets such as Networking and developing products depended on by cloud service providers, enterprises and governments worldwide.

Mr. McInerney has broad experience across general management, business strategy, engineering, product strategy and segmentation, product positioning, company acquisition and integration as well as personal venture investments. He is a respected leader and mentor skilled in building results-oriented cultures and developing talent. He has a strong track-record in building a high performing and diverse leadership team that is adept at translating complex technology visions into delivered marketing-leading products.

Since leaving Intel in 2019, Mr. McInerney has focused more on the start-up world through building a strong network amongst the venture community as well as advising existing companies. He is passionate about helping disruptive ideas come to fruition. He is a Stanford University Graduate, School of Business, Stanford Executive Program, a Master’s in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, CA and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (with Honors) from University College Cork, Ireland.
